On this very bitter cold Ohio afternoon, I find myself wanting to curl under a blanket and stay indoors cuddling with Liam while drinking a cup of tea. I found this site today and thought I would share it. All you knitters out there would appreciate this! :) Love the idea.

Tiny shoes
So I have this new obsession with baby shoes. I am not sure why, but I am constantly going to the baby shoe rack at any store I visit. It isn't as if Liam needs shoes, heck he can't even walk,...but they are just so darn cute. I have already picked up a few sandals that were 75% off at Baby's R Us a few weeks ago for this summer, and the first thing I purchased when I found out I was pregnant was a mini pair of Fireman boots (my Father in law is a District Chief in Windsor) that I can't wait to see him wear someday. Well to add to my collection of shoes Liam will grow into, I came across these cute shoes from Livi & Luca via an online baby sale. They were a great deal and I just HAD to have them. Check them out! Woodland Brown and London Black Boots. Hope he likes them. :)

Goals for 2010
I am not one to make New Years Resolutions, but I thought that it would be fun to have some goals for this new year. Last year my list was never written down, but seeing as I am a planner, I knew what I would have liked to have happen. Sure enough, my goal to have my first child by the year 2010 worked out! :) I am so thankful for the blessing in my life last year. I hope that there will be many more this new year. (No that does not mean I will be trying for my second child just yet) ha ha But as we all know, we can make plans, but God has the final outcome. So here is to 2010! cheers
1. Organize my house
2. Kiss my husband more and tell him he is appreciated.
3. Read at least one new book every two months.
4. Take more pictures and maybe start up my own little photo business?
5. Weed through my closet and organize a set of outfits I can accessorize for the spring/summer.
6. Sing!
7. Lose the extra baby weight.
8. Clip more coupons and make meal preparations ahead of time.
9. Get my colors done and learn to wear makeup properly.
10. Join MOPS
11. Spend more time with those I love.
12. Save some money for a trip back to the UK.

My first official "blog"
So it's official, I have entered the new world of blogging. I have visited friends blogs and admired all the cute little things they post, and their in site on the world that they live. It's very interesting to see how vulnerable people are online. It gives us a view of their thoughts and feelings,.....to be a part of their life from afar. I thought that it would be fun to share a bit of my world (purely "just me") with family and friends who I don't see often, but want to stay connected with. Please feel free to share your thoughts with me as well. I will try and keep up with it in between feedings, diaper changes and cuddles. So to all whom are even interested in my life.....welcome. It will be a journey we can take together.
